Meet our team
Alex Ufford has been involved with the management of sole proprietorships and partnerships for many years. Starting in 1982, he was involved in the family business, 4 U Hay Service. He has also worked in property management and hotel management, engineering consultation, as an EMT-I, in agricultural chemical and seed sales, on the ski patrol, and now owns the Ufford Hills Country Market. Throughout the years he has also continued to manage his family’s farm of 500 acres.
Stephanie Ufford has worked mostly in resale and customer service. She enlisted in the army in 2008, as a quartermaster; she was responsible for ordering supplies for the units, preparing hand receipts for over 2 billion dollars worth of equipment for HHC Alpha Company and Echo Company in 1-1 Attack Reconnaissance Battalion. Following her military service she and Alex had a wonderful baby boy, Brayden. Brayden is the 6th generation to be born and raised on the farm. In May of 2012. shortly after Brayden was born, Stephanie was admitted into the Beacom School of Business at the University of South Dakota. She is still working on finishing her schooling.
Will was born at Setifive, but shortly after moved to Hoth where the family raised livestock. Government interference caused him to move to lovely South Dakota where he could enjoy both the scorching heat of summer and bitter cold of winter.
We look forward to supplying quality homegrown beef for your table.
